Hi Everyone, I am Jess!

I have been in the travel industry for over 11 years and I love it.

I decided to start this business as I wanted to create a culture in my brand that delivers excellent customer service and a amazing experience from when we start planning to the end of your trip!

As much as I love travel, I love customer service even more and want to ensure that we handle the entire holiday for you that is stress free and you can always get hold of us!

I am very lucky to be married to a wonderful man Jacob who is so supportive of everything I do - we have been together for just over 13 years and married for 11 this month.

We have a beautiful little girl 5 year old, Margot. She keeps us on our toes and we wouldn’t have it any other way! She knows what she wants and grabs it! Even arriving early at 28 weeks because she doesn’t like to wait! 

Favourite Food - Anything French 🇫🇷 🥐 🐌 

Favourite Destination - Hard one but probably Dubai 🐪

Interesting Fact - I got engaged to my husband after only dating for 10 weeks!! 💍

I’m married to my amazing husband Troy and together we have two wonderful boys, Nixon and Taj. On weekends, you’ll usually find me on the sidelines cheering them on at athletics and basketball. I’m so excited to be working alongside Jess and helping you plan your next adventures! ✨✈️

I first began working in the travel industry in 2006 after thoroughly enjoying the planning of my own trip, a road trip around New Zealand 🚗✨

I’m so excited to be working alongside the team at One Stop Travel, assisting with researching, booking and taking care of all the finer details of your travel adventures ✈️🌍

When I’m not at my desk, you’ll find me with my family enjoying life on the Mornington Peninsula. I’m married to my husband James, who has also been in the travel industry for over 20 years, and together we have two kids aged 9 and 7 🥰

Hi everyone, I’m Jessica H! I first discovered my love for travel as a child when my parents took me on my first overseas trip! After high school, I studied Travel and Tourism at Jetset Training College and have been following that passion ever since.

I’m so excited to be part of the team at One Stop Travel, helping research, book, and organise all the little details that make your trips unforgettable ✈️🌍

When I’m not at work, I’m at home in Northern Victoria with my husband and our 5-year-old son, who has just started Prep. You might also find me at our family farm riding horses, one of my lifelong passions. I have been riding since before I could walk and still compete when I can 🐴🏇

🍕 Fave food: Everything! From Indian Butter Chicken to Belgian chocolate and Aussie BBQ, I love it all.

✈️ Fave travel destination: The Maldives we spent a week there on our honeymoon and it was magical.

🌍 Bucket list travel destination: Egypt, I have always been fascinated by the history and mythology.
